Hi there, welcome to the Youth section of St James’s Church site. Whether you are a member of the youth group or not, you are welcome to browse this site. Check out what we’ve got going on this term and come along – you’re really welcome!

Root

Root is the youth group for 14-18s (years 10-13). The word Root comes from Colossians 2:6-7 which says, “So then, just as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” Our aim is to help people to know Jesus and to keep rooted in him.

Jyms

Jyms is the youth group for 11-14s (years 7-9). We have various things going on throughout the week. Have a read and come along!
