Welcome to St James Church.  We warmly invite you to join us - for a Sunday visit, or to make this church your home.

We are a diverse group of people with a common desire to find out more about the Lord Jesus Christ.  When we meet together, we do so with an expectation that God will make his presence known to us, and that we will hear his voice as we open the Bible together.  

We are committed to growing together, learning together and loving each other as God, by his Spirit, enables us to. We are at different stages of our spiritual journeys, some exploring the faith for the first time, others re-engaging with after a ‘time out’; some eager to grow in their faith, looking to serve and us their God-given gifts for the growth of the church.

St James is a wonderfully widespread community - young & old; married & single; from different social and ethnic backgrounds; involved in many walks of life in this great city. We look forward to meeting you.
