Hall hire
The PCC's intention is that the church's properties should always be used to the glory of God and the building up of the church members in faith and love for Christ.
The Church and its associated buildings (The Birchwood Centre & Parish Centre) are to be used primarily for St James's own ministry activities such as gospel outreach, Bible study, worship, prayer and fellowship among members of the church. No special permission is needed to engage in any of these activities. Please do contact the church office for booking and availability.
Permission will need to be sought from the PCC Standing Committee via the Church Office of exemption from this rule in respect of any booking request that falls outside the definition covered above.
Whilst applications for community events are welcomed, please note that the church and associated buildings are not hired out for private parties or functions.
