Camps/Weekends Away

Camps are great fun, a fantastic way to get to discover what it means to be a Christian and to grow in faith, learning about prayer and generally have well-led and lively worship. They give opportunities to meet people from all over the country, do all sorts of activities, games and sports as well as learning how to do new things. They take place all over the country and in a variety of venues, involving sleeping in tents or in very nice public schools.

Many of our young people already attend camps, and I hope and pray they will continue to attend and support them. However, if you are new to camps or looking for a change, here are a few of our suggestions for Summer ’10. A selection of brochures are also available from the Youth Office.
